1. Can I change or edit my order once it has been placed?
Since we are working our hardest to get your order to you, once your order has been placed, our warehouse starts the shipping process. Once orders are placed they cannot be changed. Please make sure the color, size and style are correct before you complete your purchase.

We provide free shipping on orders over $50. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping cost of $6.95. Please see our shipping policy for more information.

Each collection is made with different materials. Our shoes are made from real leather, real suede, faux fur, faux leather, faux suede and nylon. If you would like to know what material is in a specific style, it is listed in the product description.
